When you select the city or province of your interest, you then select Alquiler if you want to rent or Compra-Venta if you want to sell or purchase property.

When you have selected what you want, you then select Vivienda for residential properties or Comercial-Industrial if what you need is commercial or industrial property.
In the case of Salinas and Playas, the selection for residential properties is Apartamentos for apartments and Villas for single family dwellings.

When you have selected the type of property, you then select Categoría "A" "B" or "C" for the price range of the property you are looking for. In each type of property, the categories are adjusted to the high, medium and low price ranges, for rent and purchase. The ammounts are in U.S. Dollars.

Once the category is selected, you will get a table of the available properties for your need. You select and click the CÓDIGO (CODE) of the property and you will see a page with the details and available photographs.

When you see what you need, take down the CODE of the property for reference and contact us. We'll be delighted to try to help you in satisfying your needs.
